Thing is, the way he did play after the cup final, I wouldn't be half surprised if it was true. If Eddie has any inkling of this, then I definitely can't see a way back as that would directly threaten his future employment. That said, if it is true, then you'd think that the club would bring heavy penalty upon him because he's tried to sabotage the clubs fortunes.

I cannot see Wilson being a blabber mouth tbh.

Agree, and it stinks of someone creating a narrative.

Narrative does seem to shifting in the press a bit. Whether it’s by our hand or not, I don’t know but there’s a lot of people saying that it’s increasingly likely that he stays. If true, it’s a massive win for the club tbh. Not only because you’ve still got Isak but you’ve basically cut through all the shite from the Liverpool press, Isak and his agent, stuck to our guns and called every cunts bluff

He has two micropenises?

Lucky cunt. If he puts them beside each other it’ll at least give him a bit of traction down the sides.

I said months ago I didn’t think anyone could afford him.

If we were selling for £80 million, we would have had multiple bidders and he probably wouldn’t have chosen Liverpool anyway.

Fact is the other teams have looked at the situation, 3 year contract, richest owners in the world who don’t like to be mugged off, no PSR headaches and thought it best not to bother.

Liverpool however have tried to be sneaky fucks using sympathetic media and shills to sell the move to him and his mong agent, then tried to lowball us. Because their blood isn’t rich enough to pay his actual value.

Fuck everyone involved.

I think this is a win as we are in control of who leaves the club.

I don't feel in the slightest bit sorry for the football players when this happens.

He is not trapped, he signed the contract. People will say that he was in a different position when he signed the deal until now. That is irrelevant. Hayden was on a contract that probably disn’t suit the club. Again it is irrelevant  It is a gamble.

There is no way Isak downed tools. He has made some poor mistakes but the next thing we know, he is going to be the reason for hunger around the world.

Think it was a case of pillow talk, Wykiki.

What, Wilson in bed with Isak?

Cos that's the other element that's ridiculous here, why the fuck would you tell a team mate something like that?

It's possible his heart wasn't in it and subconsciously he didn't try as hard as he could, that's the limit of this theory. More likely he just lost form though. It happens to all players.

Well let's put his little plan to the test. See how he does when he's fined a good portion of his weekly wage for a year for refusing to play for the team he's contracted to.

Ornstein doing the bidding of the player and agent here, and it would be easy for Isak to deny they ever said this if he's still here when the window closes.

Losing a year of his career I'm sure will have a non zero impact on his ability, his resistance to injury, all sorts.

But if he wants to derail his career rather than play for us, then be my guest.

Fuck him, pure and simple if this is his ultimate stance, I wonder if Liverpool have had a word with his agent and still think they can get him thinking we're a distressed seller? Let him rot and send a message out Liverpool and their red cartel mates.

His agents have exposed themselves as not being up to top level football deals very badly this summer.

No surprise since he's their golden goose and they've not got much else on the books but they'll have ambitions to do more and I can't imagine them being all that attractive to other talents considering this farce.

Assuming no deal happens before the end of the window I'll imagine it goes something like this;

reintegrates into the team, starts playing in late september/early october.

Fire his agents before November and moves over to an agency that actually deals with big players, signs a new deal shortly afterwards with a release clause.

Plays out the season quite well, with the world cup and a big move as a motivator.

Plenty more than Liverpool are in for him next summer and we'll find out just how much he "insists on liverpool" as that rat cunt romano likes to put it.

Signs for Barcelone.

Good luck with that Alex. You're officially worth at least £110m. Refuse to play and you're in breach of contract so we simply sue the cunt for his transfer value.

It would be funny as fuck if (assuming that’s true by that absolute cunt Ornstein) we did what ewerk says and the only way Isak could afford to pay for it was by going to a Saudi club

Nothing changes on our end there tbh. Agent is desperately trying to get Liverpool to up their bid despite the fact it’s been clear from the start that they can’t/won’t pay it. We still don’t have a replacement, nobody else is bidding and he’s got three years left. The kit man needs to get Isak’s kit in the wash for him playing games again

Dream scenario - Adopt the Trump style of litigation, unleash the lawyers and tie him up with it for years whilst holding his registration.

Sue for damages plus demand PSR relief for what he's costing us (his amortisation) for the duration.
