And whilst the Great Pyramid of Giza is an absolutely incredible achievement medieval architecture was far more advanced so it’s difficult to see it being built by a civilisation capable of interstellar travel

Those Encona sauces are really nice and great for adding a bit of heat to dishes. I’ve been using the original West Indian Hot Pepper sauce for years which I think is a mix of habanero and scotch bonnet chillies. Got a nice flavour to it and not just heat. Do an extra hot version with a bit of ghost chilli in too. Apart from the hot (and really fucking hot) ones their milder sauces are spot on too.
