Looking back I think it’s an epidemic that’s just gotten worse and worse. I think you probably need to go back decades for it have been a rich man’s drug. But I do think it’s more widespread (and presumably cheaper?) than ever. Incidentally us and another couple were in the lakes the weekend just gone. We got a taxi back to the place after having a meal and a couple of drinks in Windermere Town. All four of us were of the opinion our driver was coked up. The venue is relevant. That’s why you can issue the banning orders.
