I'm not having Individual Errors as a Team Weakness ffs. These things are just taking the piss now. -
It's telling that this negativity has come after that Autumn run where we looked unbeatable. We haven't reached those heights but we've had fixture congestion, Gayle injured, Shelvey suspended, two lads away at AFCON etc. I can see us getting back to form in the Easter when the end is in sight, especially if we get through Brighton, Huddersfield and Reading without getting beat.

Reminds me a bit of Metal Gear Rising where the game was difficult until you had that down and it was a breeze from there on in. They mention parrying in the story but the tutorial gives you plenty of chances to practice and get the timing right.

These are in shit form, are shit and are backed by some absolute whoppers so I demand a bollocking be dished out -
Haven't played any of the multiplayer so can only comment on the story campaign but I'm not too amazed by the single player component. The combat system is enjoyable enough but, obviously predictable against AI opponents and becomes pretty trivial once you get the hang of parrying and guard breaking. The campaign itself is a load of linear environments, strung together with encounters with the odd set-piece to break it up. So, it's obvious that they're putting their eggs in the multiplayer basket where timing and picking your spots is obviously going to be a lot more organic and exciting so I'll try digging into that once I've seen what else the story is going to throw up. For anyone buying this, I fully recommend playing the advanced tutorial since it goes through parrying and once you have the timing for that down, you're laughing.

I once got a five pound note that had "Infowars.com" written on it. The stench of Monster energy drink and weed coming off it was overwhelming.

My ten year anniversary went past in October and I'm not quite sure what to think about that.

Having one of the premier European managers coaching us in the English Second Division is naturally going to lead to rumours linking him away. He's Rafa Benitez, lads, we're going to have to get used to this. Pardew and McClaren were never linked away because they were fucking shit and only desperation could lead them anywhere else. Rafa happens to be quite good.

Looking forward to the EXTREMELY LIKELY nature of us scoring from a direct freekick tomorrow. -
Think I've mentioned this before but a lad I went to Uni with, went to school with Cattermole and told me he was a right little radgepacket then and was basically turned into a pro footballer by moving away to Wigan and getting out of Boro and leaving his knacker mates. No surprise that, as soon as he was back in the North East, he picked up where he left off.

Not to gan again but aye, I loved it. Was a very high concept pilot but looks like it'll settle down into somewhat normalcy with next week's. I liked how it didn't lean into the Marvel connection at all (other than a mention of mutants) and just set up a sci-fi story to go forward.

Aye, really enjoyed it. There's still some very good British comedy around, despite the likes of Mrs Brown and Citizen Khan getting all the attention

Chewing Gum on E4 is a very good comedy btw. Michaela Coel's comic timing could put most people to shame

Got bang into their first 2/3 albums again today for the first time in about 10 years. Love the early synth sounds on the debut

This week's Always Sunny, man Not sure I've ever known a show in it's 12 season pull out one of it's best episodes ever.

This season has brought it out more in me but pedantic officials. i.e. the ones who will pull back tiny infractions to make their performance look better while being terrified to make any major decision of note. The linesmen have been particularly bad for it as evidenced with Sammy and Yedlin getting stamped on and double footed respectively against QPR, right in front of a linesman who just flagged for throws. That and that FUCKING bullseye game at half time

Weren't they about 15 points behind us when we played them last time? The gap has only widened since then. -
Brighton are well and truly riding their luck now. We just need to stay consistent until we play them and pull clear.

Reckon it's a bit harsh lumping in Lascelles, a 23 year old developing player, in with players who are bog-shite 27 year olds. Dummett doesn't count as he's always been shite but is getting oddly better at just putting his thick body in front of the ball

 Was a similar reaction when I heard him tbf. The silver tongued bastard

I think, even if their circumstances were different i.e. Gouffran and Sammy having another year on their deals, we'd still be struggling on account of them both being crap Premier League players
