Position 73,000 in the queue for me. It's only right I don't get lucky on my first go (or ever). It's fucking USELESS though. When I first went on I was just in some random queue for "ticket management", not for the actual match. I had to click through to home tickets and just got some were broken page for that queue-it system. Didn't realise I just needed to refresh the page.

They should have contacted people in advance to tell them that multiple logins was being outlawed. It's not like the fact that it tips the touts off even matters cos they'll either still do it out of desperation in which case you catch them, or they won't, and then you've sort of achieved your goal anyway of removing their advantage. Especially if you're just gonna unblock everyone that rings you up anyway (including the actual touts). All it's done is changed the rules and inconvenienced a load of people. Including the box office staff who have 2 hour call queues to wade through.
