From SSN: Is it just me that thinks Southgate should really just keep quiet about such things, makes me see him and Boro as more of a laughing stock than they already are.
-
I should think if we get Baines as well as the new Spanish kid we'll probably look to offload Babayaro at the first opportunity, let's hope eh.
-
I was just looking down our squad list and I reckon although a fairly small squad we still have cover for every postion on the pitch - apart from another couple central defenders (which maybe the Serb from Sevilla and Cacapa) and a left back. Given Harper Geremi --- Rozehnal --- Cacapa --- ***** Carr --- Taylor---*****---Babayaro Milner---Barton---Smith---Duff Solano---Butt---Emre---N'Zogbia Owen---Viduka Martins---Luque And that's not including the young lads we've got on the fringe like Huntington, Ramage, Pattison, Carroll and Ameobi. Given a couple or three more squad signings and we should be alright - I'm optomistic providing we can get the players we're linked with in before the window closes.
-
I don't recall as many people moaning about criminal records when we signed Duncan Ferguson.
-
I get the impression West Ham is on a mission to sign every fuckin player possible, cockney wanks
-
From SSN: I'm really starting to dislike them dirty, cheating cockney scumbags...
-
To be fair though I think Noelie's just saying what a lot of people are thinking, it does concern me a tad as well that sudden after a bright start to the transfer window we're now making the same noises that we have in previous years regarding the difficulty in bringing in players.
-
Tbh I don't see how or why he's getting lawyers involved, he's contracted to Man United and they don't want to sell him, end of story. If Liverpool persist to try in obtaining him surely they're open to get done for tapping the player up?
-
I'm glad the little scrote's gone to them scummy cheating Londoners, couldn't have found a better home for his abusive, gobshite ways to fit in to. The funniest thing is him costing them £8m
-
Not good enough, too fat, dodgy hair - I say ditch his sorry ass
-
Lol, this is hilarious - there's an Arsenal fan who works in my department and he's always told me how Henry would easily break Shearer's Premiership goalscoring record... oh dear Still, I wonder if it does mean Mercenary Owen will be off to the Arse.

Saying that I doubt the Police in Lagos are particularly good at their jobs or trustworthy either...

I fecking hate Shepherd, a scrote of the highest order. I miss Sir Bobby

For anyone who thinks Shearer should keep his mouth shut and stop commenting on the club he supports I reckon they should do the same, it's a sorry day when people can't voice their opinions without getting jumped on. Just another excuse for the Shearer haters to bitch imo - I still can't understand why there's so many NUFC supporters who apparently hate the bloke, I can't imagine why any supporter of our club would think of him as anything other than a legend deserving of the utmost respect. Just my opinion though, personally I think Shearer's spot on, Bellamy is a little c*nt, what's he said that's wrong?
-
You've never played for us, but you have opinions on who should and shouldn't play for us. Exactly, not only was Shearer a legend playing for us he's also a Newcastle United fan so is perfectly entitled to make comments on who he thinks we should and shouldn't buy. He's got it spot on imo but I suppose this story will prompt all the idiot Shearer haters to come out from under their stones and start bitching about him again - makes me sick.
-
Tbh I reckon Al's spot on, we don't want this little Welsh prick back at the club.
-
Is there any players that West Ham aren't going to go for?!
-
Yep, it's down to the old administration, can't blame the new guys for anything that the club did before they took charge.
-
Bit gutted like, would have been a great signing. I can see why he'd want to play for a team in the Champions League with better players around him but I really think it could be a mistake on his part - he'll be another Parker or Duff where he'll on the bench more than off it (if he even gets regular first team footy). Damn shame, we could have offered him the smae money, nailed on first team footy week in, week out and probably after this next season regular European footy. Shame to see his talent wasted but it's his choice at the end of the day, he'll get international football and a decent wage whichever team he'd joined so I guess he's just happy to not have to turn out on the pitch much. Let's hope that whoever Sam turns to now as his next defensive target is equally as good as Ben Haim, it's a shame we missed out on him but there are others. Who knows, as someone else has mentioned we could end up with him signing for us in a years time anyways.
-
Bolton away! What's the chances of that then Just tickered on the BBC webby

From SSN: Nice to have someone who's eager to play for you...

Sunderland major break through in transer market...
TheMoog replied to Matty's topic in Newcastle Forum
I've never heard of him! Must be great... -
I'd love to know who it is at NUFC that Oliver speaks to, I'm sure anyone in management there would rather keep our transfer dealings a bit more under wraps than to feel compelled to tell Anal.
-
I'm really starting to despise the mercenary little scumbag, if he was commited to us he'd say so, he obviously doesn't want to be here but was happy to take the money and the treatment without being bothered about giving any payback. Unloyal, ungrateful shit, if he goes I hope he breaks both his cruciates in a freak training ground accident at whichever club he goes to.
-
Please be Harry Redknapp, please be Harry Redknapp!!! Actually even if it was Big Sam I don't suppose it'd be too much of a disaster as he's not the manager Mike Ashley wants in charge anyways, would be a shame though.
