Not that I'm 100% sure since my German is crap and I barely noticed he was playing in the first place. But really, tbf, Bellingham can't be blamed for the result. 3-1 with 10 to go, BvB give away a pen, a red card follows, they concede twice and end up clinging on for a draw.
