I overheard a couple of Spurs fan on the train earlier in the week slighlty moaning that they hadn't signed anyone but them moved on to Sissoko with "what the fuck was he thinking signing that load of shit" - couldn't help bursting out laughing.

Interesting bit in a Martin Hardy piece I was reading.

It was definitely a journalist but I didn't think it was Hardy. The journo in question later admitted he made it up... slightly concerning that Hardy still thinks it's true.
