  1. Past hour
  2. Tbh certain premier league football clubs were using them only a fee years ago - the height of innovation!
  3. Toonpack is black?... he's kept that quiet tbf
  4. I thought everyone knew he was. He’s even got his own pool.
  5. Their manager has to be favourite to be the first to be sacked surely?
  6. We barely broke sweat and beat them comfortably 3-0. An Own Goal, a Penalty and succumbing to our high press. So, in all instances their players were so shit scared or so inferior to ours they shat the bed. Weren't we told that the standard of a player is dependent on the league they're playing in? So where those players were Championship standard, now they've been promoted, they're de facto Premier League level? If that's the case, they've no excuse for not being able to make a good fist of a European push, right? I mean, that Pepe Le Pew they insisted was the best signing in the second flight ever, will frolic through even the meanest top flight defence. Their manager will lock horns with great tacticians like Guardiola and Slot and the like, no doubt coming out on top/be fucking terrible and needs to be fired (depending on the oscillating mood of the fans). Sunderland are like Americans. Just as no American is poor they're just a temporarily embarrassed millionaire, no Mackem squad is shite they're just temporarily embarrassed title challengers. Also, they're fat, thick and racist.
  7. Today
  8. Long term I think this could yield a net positive because it blows a big hole in the theory that has been peddled that Trump is a strong leader with an emphasis on America first. He's been mind fucked by two wannabe dictators and is on the brink of kicking off an international conflict. One he tried to start in 2020 until covid ruined his plans - something the incels that pipe him off forget (or choose to ignore) when they call him a peaceful president.
  9. Maybe the person on the phone just didn't start applauding him? I mean that's surely a hate crime right there.
  10. It's funny because the hate was totally assumed by the mackem based on the evidence presented. Sounds like the customer just wanted to have a bit of banter, and the mackem got his feelings hurt based on an insult the customer never even made. I'm shocked to hear of it tbh. The fans of massive lads are usually so laid back and their self-awareness is second to none. That's why we all regard them as the greatest fans in the worl...well maybe Euro...Bri...Eng.... the Regi...Sunder.....Whitburn?
  11. this all goes back to obama's nuclear deal which trump just had to abandon because he's such a fucking baby he couldn't accept that anything his predecessor did was of any merit
  12. it completely splits the republican party down the middle - you've got the maga non interventionists saying stay out of it, and the a load of neo cons senators, such as ted cruz, calling for regime change. netanyahu has completely played trump and i think he may well get what he wants
  13. @Gemmill Just popped up on my Timehop from 10 years ago today
  14. This one I got from some English lasses next to us who had ordered some calamari and where shocked it wasn’t fried… They might have eaten it with a cherry tomato on top though.
  15. We’ve come to the ridiculous point where Chelsea would be more arsed about the PSR implications than the actual loss of the money / asset.
  16. Didn't realise you were rich.
  17. Mutu owed them money for years. I think he was liable.
  18. I'd read somewhere he prefers a move to London. Not sure of the source.
  19. Yeah but they take an immediate hit. He was signed 2.5 years ago for £62m which was to be amortised over his eight year contract (before the five year maximum came in). So his book value is currently £43m. If they are to rip up his contract then that £43m is immediately recorded as a loss in their accounts which is a big hit to them. What they may do is delay that loss by stating that they're going to sue him for the remaining value of his transfer fee as they did with Mutu and Chelsea being Chelsea will probably get away with it.
  20. can't help thinking ratcliffe's missed a trick here mind. there'll me 70,000 man utd supporters desperate to line warwick road in a guard of honour for the mackem's return. tickets will be priceless.
  21. But it will stop them paying him £200k+ a week for 4 years whilst he sits at home wanking
  22. Yeah. Bad taste + lots of money is not a good sartorial combination
