It’s a lottery with the weather there tbh, mate. Obviously the mean temps are going to be warmer but it’s a mountainous region of the UK. But probably not a bad shout at that time of year. Worth noting though that the Scots (iirc) have all of July (rather than August) off for their kids summer hols so they’re back at school early / mid August. Although you obviously get lots of English visitors. Beginning of September might not be a bad shout either. You will get A LOT of daylight in June too.

Sorry to hear Gemmill. The cunt down the road stole our kitten when it was in his garden roaming about. Only consolation is that it looks to be getting looked after well.
