  1. Past hour
  2. Some of the last few Castore designs have been fucking tremendous in my opinion. Classic looking kits, with black and white stripes on front and back. As it should be. This Adidas thing and it’s various other touted versions on insta etc look rank.
  3. Our new shirt apparently. Looks like It took about 10 minutes to design
  4. We know how it feels Adam, we really do.
  5. Today
  6. Dies in some productions of Macbeth.
  7. The good news is the Doctors have said there's fuck all wrong with AP. The bad news is he's self diagnosed a concussion. (He probably missed breakfast and flaked out) https://x.com/AdamP1242/status/1792652409325359315
  8. 8/10 for me. For us to finish 7th this year whilst having the worst injury list/idiot suspension I can recall ever is a feat in of itself. Factor in some superb matches in the champions league and for me it's been an overwhelming success. We've come a long way very quickly and for me it's only going to get better. #inhowewetrust
  9. We’re gonna be shit hot next season and there’s fuckall anyone can do about it.
  10. I don’t know why really but it bugs me I’m asked to rate something out of ten and the person asking introduces decimal points Parky used to going with films all the time but he’d go down .25s. I realise this is not something worth getting annoyed about anyway an 8/10* *IF Man City win on Saturday. I’d have given anything for a season like this a few years back
  11. I'll go for 8/10. I think I predicted a 7th place finish at the start of the season but at the same time I think my prediction was ultimately wrong. I thought we'd be largely full strength and 7th with fatigue and CL playing a part in our dropping off. To be as ravaged as we have been and to be within a whisker of 6th, if not 5th were we running fairly normal levels of injury, is actually a really positive achievement for the club. I think if our big players stay it will underline that this is the view in the dressing room too.
  12. I think it’s very easy now to forget that we are still very much a club in transition. Given the state we were in at the takeover, to have made the CL and then finish 7th in these first two seasons is nothing short of miraculous. The injuries early on were a great example to the board of the weakness of our squad, but we’ve still managed to finish above Ten Pence’s lads. Onwards, boys, onwards. 5-7. Would.
  13. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/are-we-the-best-supported-shit-club-in-the-country.1633700/ They definitely meet part of the criteria
  14. Actually Sunak's jumped by 7 too, so I now don't know what's going on.
  15. Pretty chunky approval bounce for Starmer.
  16. I think Liverpool think we must all love Klopp because they do, and the pundits/journalists/ex-pros do. And look, I don't doubt I'd rather have a pint with Klopp than Howe, but he's a bad loser, he's fully bought into the "It Matters More" horseshit and he's twisting reality to paint Liverpool as plucky underdogs. End of the day you look at the top managers not just on what trophies they've won, but on how they've changed the league. Ferguson did it for ages, Wenger did it and Guardiola has done it. Has klopp changed the league to the same extent? I'd say not. Plus scousers are usually cunts, so there's that.
  17. Since he nacked Wilder again I've thought he was back on the gear from his interviews. I think he's a better boxer than Usyk but he's self-destructive, if he stays clean I can see him knocking Usyk out in October, but aye I'll be slightly surprised if the fight even happens.
  18. And don't forget the fact that Liverpool are a completely manufactured club. Their founder, the beer brewer John Houlding, kicked Everton out of Anfield (by upping the ground rent) and therefore had a ground but no team (and therefore no fans to sell his beer to). So he bought a load of mercenary players, mainly Scottish ones. He wanted to call them Everton as well but wasn't allowed so he called them Liverpool instead. So Liverpool got their stadium for free. Houlding loaned shed loads of money to LFC and when he died it was due to be repaid to the family. However, the family realised that the club wasn't in a position to pay back the loans and any attempt to force them to do so would result in the bankruptcy of the club and the total loss of the money owed anyway. So they gave LFC a free pass by writing off the debt. Beer washing at it's finest.
  19. 7/10. Some memorable days and performances and a superb effort by everyone to be on the brink of Europe after suffering through all those injuries and what not. Away form and tons of indivdual errors things to be worked on for next seaon, having a fuller squad will go a long way of course.
  20. An 8 for me. 7ths a solid position taking everything into account but there have been so many positives and we've NEVER been boring. Battering PSG and giving a decent account in the CL, beating city in the cup, embarassing sunderland in the first derby in years. The emergence/flourishing of Gordon, Isak, Livramento and Miley. Record goals scored and league results like Villa on the opening day, 8-0 v Sheff U and Man u in the cup then finishing above them, the club I hate above all others for the first time in my life. Good season that.
  21. So long as they don’t mind giving back all the titles and cups they won in the 70s avd 80s when they had a significant financial advantage over their rivals. That was, of course, different. Although that’s assuming they even know that was the case. And you’d genuinely struggle to find a neutral who prefers Klopp to the way Guardiola handles himself. And as if pretending he didn’t know/care who won the league was anything other than him being a bitter bad loser. Them and Man Utd are two cheeks on the same arse.
  22. Renton is more correct than he's wrong, you have to consider all the circumstances of the season. To rate as if we'd had anywhere near a full squad all year is bollocks, had that been the case, where we've ended up, this season would have been in the 5-6 range. Solid 8 for me, next season will be rated on it's own merits, this years numbers are irrelevant.
  23. Definitely not going to forget about this from next season
