  1. Deliver Us From Evil. Olivia Munn is lovely. Film's a bit shit.
  2. Bloody Commie! I buy from wherever's cheapest/easiest, unless I want something a bit higher quality in which case I'll occasionally use a butcher. Not because of ethics though. Think if you really want to sacrifice your money to be more ethical you'd be better off saving that 10% or whatever you do by using supermarkets/amazon and giving it to a decent charity than some bloke who owns a shop.
  3. Lack of professionalism could mean lots of things. Maybe he doesn't take training seriously enough. Maybe he doesn't follow tactical instructions. With the weight thing, if he's already been warned about his professionalism/fitness, then it's going to be a bigger deal than if it was an isolated incident. Like being 30 minutes late for work after being repeatedly warned about your timekeeping versus a model employee having an off-day. And it's all very well saying you have to make exceptions for particular talents, but it hardly inspires the rest of the team to work as hard as possible if you see someone be allowed more leeway than others. Sometimes you have to set an example to keep everyone else working hard. Having said that none of us have actually any idea what goes on behind the scenes so it's all just speculation, and I think most of us can agree that we wish he'd be in the team.
  4. Don't think our CB options are that bad tbh, as long as we don't lose any of them.
  5. If you're talking net spend it's not a lie, it's just a fact particularly during Moyes time.
  6. As someone who's detached himself quite a while ago from the prospect of us actually winning anything, I watch us for entertainment. Ben Arfa being far and away our most entertaining player, I'll be disappointed to see him go. Has his flaws as a footballer though, and not just his fitness/tracking back. Plenty good enough for us though and I wish him well with the rest of his career.
  7. Injury free he'd be worth 15m imo, reality is he'll probably always miss large chunks of a season and he's not good enough when fit to compensate for that.

  9. W... Wolfy?!? Such a grumpy puss!
  10. Debuchy's quality and would look better in a team with more license to go forward, but he's not irreplaceable and not happy here so as an isolated deal taking the money (Circa £10m?) for the good soon to be 29 year old with 25 French caps and taking the (based solely on the WC I'll admit) good soon to be 25 year old with 21 Dutch caps for about £5m makes sense to me.

Intellectually Wolfy > Everyone else taking part in this debate. Utter shambles.
  12. Would prefer to see him in the middle with Ben Arfa on the right, but it's not as cut and dry as out-wide = shite, in the middle = Yaya Toure as some online sensationalists seem to be making out. He has qualities and weakness in both positions. He's a decent mid-level premier league player, nothing more nothing less, who'll have patches of good performances and poor performances. Could probably be a decent squad player for a 'bigger' club, but will never develop into a starter for a true top club imo, whatever position he plays. Plenty good enough for us though.

    Weddings

Congrats and enjoy, did you loudly request a pre-nup btw? Or are you some sort of punk?
  14. The 2 Universal Parks (comfortably the 2 best imo), Epcot, Seaworld and Magic Kingdom (if only because they're still young enough to be caught up in it all and still enjoy some of the dated rides) are the best of the parks for that sort of age imo and are a must. Depending on how long you're going for MGM studios is canny too but a slight rung below. Animal Kingdom is nothing special, I'd avoid. Gatorland is good but probably more of a half day thing, maybe when you want a lazy morning. Space Centre is quite interesting but other than going on an actual space shuttle there's nothing much that you can't see at Science museums over here, so I think in a place with so many unique places to go you might be better off using your day elsewhere. Plus if they've been spoiled by the excitement a few of the parks by the time you go then you might end up with a stroppy child after a few hours of walking around looking at stuff, even if they are into space things. Busch Gardens is the best for big rollercoasters but 5/6 is probably a bit young/short for that, and it isn't as interesting theme wise as the disney or universal parks so might be better to give that a miss this time. Have to concur with CT that Typhoon Lagoon is a highlight, huuuge wave machine, easily the best waterpark. Disney's snowy one is also pretty good, much preferred them both to Wet and Wild. Gemmill's right about the food as well, go get a massive cheap breakfast somewhere beforehand (Ponderosa steakhouses did an all you can eat breakfast buffet for $3.99 last time I went- unbelievable stuff) and take packed lunches.
  15. So I occasionally use co-codamol to manage a bit of back pain when it flares up which happens for a few days from time to time. It says not to use longer than 3 days continuously or it can cause addiction and withdrawal symptoms - but anyone know how long you should leave between uses? E.g. if you use for 3 days, then a couple of weeks later you want to use it again, has enough time passed? Or will I be jamming heroin into every limb to chase that opiate buzz by August?
  16. I'm a fan of Ben Arfa, not sure if more for entertainment than our chances at winning games at this point but hey ho, but I love how 'hard working grafter' has somehow become a negative thing for a player to be
