shame shola doesn't apply the hunger he learned from SBR on the pitch. Sammy looks a far better prospect already. I'd like to see him given a few opportunities from the bench this year. Can see him getting his chance once we pick up a few injuries.

Agree with Parky. You've got to view the whole situation as an opportunity. The one good thing to come out of losing the love of a good woman is gaing the love of another. There are plenty out there. And now you can do more than just look now you're a single man again. Exciting times ahead, once the pain has subsided, which it will. Embrace it, be confident, be yourself and the right woman will turn up. I know you said you feel you're getting on a bit and don't fancy the clubbing or bar scene but make sure you get a few drunken one night stands chalked up before you settle down again!

England no longer the attraction in Toon

What a shite read that was. I like how he quotes Milburn as if he's still alive too. I know copy standards at regional papers usually leave a bit to be desired but that read like it was written by a whinging school boy. -
seems to be a good market for bargains france. english and spanish players are massively over priced in comparison

Can't stop looking at the premiership league table

I understand your frustration but I respectfully disagree. If you don't want to perpetuate the "debate" why not stop responding to his posts? while i agree with what gejon says, this is the right approach to take. more people should do it. Oh come on man, you've got him on ignore and you still constantly reply to him when he's been quoted. it's hard to completely ignore. i still see his bullshit quoted in more or less every thread ffs. i'm not the only one to here to have lost patience with him. -
i'm at home, looking after the bairn for the whole day for the first time not really sure what to do he seems happy enough but we've both got colds shame i can't offer him a halls soother really but he's only got two teeth so far, probably wouldn't be appropriate just watched him turn 180 degrees on his playmat but he's still to find first gear or reverse

Been to see the nicks. It was almost like the sport was a distraction from all the other shit going on, from cheerleaders, to people trying to sell you shit and competitions like punters throwing baskets for prizes. I liked how you could get shit faced though without having to leave your seat. No waiting at the bar. The beer vendors come to you! Unfortunately the Knicks aren't at home when I'm there so I'm stuck going to see the Nets. BTW, how does the beer thing work? Is your beer passed along the row or what? Some dude just walks up and down the stairs of the stands with a massive crate of beer and 'soda', shouting 'who's drinking?' you catch his eye and beer is delivered to your seat.

A single person? Really? I know plenty, including myself. Never owned or installed a single Apple device/application, and I'm fine with that. He did a lot but I think you're giving him too much credit - he didn't do all the work. Really. Everyone i know has at least an iPhone or an iPod. Even my Dad's got iPhone FFS.

You live with your parents and play pinball. How old are you again?

I don't know a single person that doesn't own at least one apple device. I'm with Andrew. He was a great innovator, with a knack of spotting the next big trend; a product guy who could see what consumers wanted before they did and knew how to package, design and market the fuck out of a product. A great business man. The best CEO ever to come out of Silicon Valley. RIP. (typed lying in bed on my iPad)

This is the thing though. If you can't be allowed to enjoy a good run then this place has truly lost the plot. But you express any pleasure at a sequence of good results and he's foaming to either a) misrepresent what you've just said as Pro-Ashley propaganda, claiming we're on course for a CL place, or desperately trying to goad you into a thinly veiled Ashley/Shepherd 'ambition' debate. Sad for the forum to be honest and could hardly be less appropriate either because almost every post expressing happiness has a massively studied air about it in the sense that people are at great pains to say they don't think 4th place now will mean 4th place in May. I'm only asking you a few questions, concerning your opinions on how you think the club may do in the future with the current policies and set up, you pathetic idiot. As usual, you do nothing but babble on instead. I express my opinions quite freely on here and I have previously on those very points. They're rooted firmly in reality. You shouldn't expect me to repeat them for your benefit though given your track record of just making things up. This is old ground. Try and listen to what people are saying to you in this thread. Try and answer direct questions, instead of avoiding the main issue, which is what I have asked you. Just "pointing it out" again. Sorry like, but I didn't "make up" the vastly superior league positions this football club finished in before ownership changed hands. I don't see your replies, I only see babbling nonsense tbh. Loads of threads on this board always seem to come back to this. Can we not just accept that this topic has been done to death and leave it? I think the majority of this board, bar one individual, are happy to leave it and discuss other things. Leazesmag steers every thread he posts in back in the same direction. It's beyond tedious. It's even boring when you have him on ignore - I can avoid getting into yet another ding dong with him but there's no hiding because every thread he posts in ends up the same way. -
won't he be pushing 40 by then?

i think the use of bold or inverted commas with words like plan and think should result in an automatic ban -

I agree. We should have an amnesty on mentioning the board for a week for any reason. There's literally not one thing we can say about the board that hasn't been said. exactly. let's drop it for the sake of this place. -
tiote would be a big miss too. i presume cote d'ivoire are there as well

yes. a group ignore might force him into posting about other stuff, which he can do surprisingly well when he tries. it's a shame that 99% of what he posts is the same old tired drivel that we've all read a million times. i'd actually take him off ignore if he were just to drop it and move on.
