  1. Top bantz mate. You're meant to be 62 years old with that patter? Righto.
  2. I agree with Gemmill. Didn't even realise it was from GoT until you lot started talking about it. Now I know who it is and everything. Fuck all of you.
  3. Should've gone two years ago. Good riddance. Any mention of the fee amount?
  4. Took one look at the training ground and buggered off.
  5. He didn't have the bottle, like the rest of the spineless wankers. He had more class than them, so he looked better earlier on, but when it came to the business end of the season he lost his nerve as well. I could go either way on him. If he stays I'm OK. If he goes, I'm also OK with that.
  6. Get to fuck. We should post guards on the Barrack Road to keep this fraud away. Enjoy San Injuriofalso or whatever it's called, don't come back.
  7. He's a winger for Reading, he's being used as a striker by Wales. EDIT: I'd take him on a one-year contract like, he's got Championship and PL experience.
  8. Hazard falls on the ball, blatantly handballing it, then tosses it over the defenders' heads and gets nothing. Meanwhile the Wales players go in the book for the most marginal of contact. De Bruyne nearly screaming himself red to get someone a card. This game has a nastiness about it that suggests we might see some reds shown before long.
  9. I'm sure we'll get some money back on Riviere, a French club will be willing to take a punt. Cisse should've been taken out back and shot years ago with Colo, both of them have been utter dirge since we came 5th. Plenty of other deadwood to be cleared out. Look at our retained list: All in bolded could/should go, along with one keeper from Krul/Elliott/Darlow.
  10. He was so bad at the WC he should've had "Bruce" on the back of his shirt. It says a lot when a chump like him has won 48 caps for one of the world's great teams. He'll be the next Adriano, except Adriano actually did well in a top league before losing the plot. Six months in China before the contract is cancelled citing cultural differences, he'll fuck off back to Brazil and play for Sao Paolo or someone for a couple of years, another European club will take a punt on him, possibly in Italy, he'll be awful there when he even bothers to train, and then it'll be Brazil again.
  11. Good player, sad we've lost him. A few more games with Rafa (or as others have pointed out, a bit more effort from his useless teammates, most of whom were wearing black and white long before Townsend was, and are the ones without "loyalty" if anyone is) and he'd still be playing in the PL with us - fair play to him for not wanting to drop down a level after a good season. Playing for Pardew though...not the best career decision. I wish him luck but once that chancer gets his hands on him he'll be playing right back before long. (Also, Roy should've taken him to France, I've no doubt he'd have put in a better shift than the other wasters who got selected.)
  12. Very pleased, good signing. Hopefully he will be like a Troy Deeney - grab loads in the championship and score his fair share back in the Premier League. His PL scoring record is not bad either even if you discount the sub appearances (we came back up with Shola, Lovenkrands, and Carroll as our strikers, all of whom had worse strike rates than Gayle.)
  13. Is Belgium the new France in terms of cheap foreign signings? Not that Mitrovic and Mbemba were cheap, but at least they were good.
  14. Nobody here will miss you. But your little saddo racist internet clique will be dying to hear about how the awful Irishman abused you again, do run along and tell them all about it on Twitter, no doubt with plenty of disclaimers about how you actually aren't a worthless piece of racist shit, despite all evidence to the contrary.
  15. Hope he's got an amazing tailor, that suit will need the blue taken out of it before too long.
  16. Absolute disaster. "Independence Day" might mean the end of two unions, the ones on either side of the English Channel. Reckon Scotland will go for sure now, as well they should. But it'll all be OK, because we'll keep the fucking Poles out and we'll hang on to that 350m that goes to those horrible overlords in Brussels each year, which now we can spend on...er, hang on, not the NHS...or public education..., erm, uh, England for the English! Fucking idiots.
  17. Couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch. Pepe up to his usual scumbag tricks as well. Fucking portuguese, the mackems of Iberia.
  18. I don't think there's an international team more odious than Portugal. There's just something filthy about them, they all have the look of your disreputable uncle who smells faintly of booze and week-old balti, who you sometimes see downtown asking people for smokes and who might not actually be your uncle.
  19. Should've fucked off years ago, definitely should not have began last season as captain, let alone this one. Heartless.
  20. They keep trying to make our relegation into a spectacle because they're furious that we don't seem arsed at all that we went down and they finished above us. It's destroying them. "Ohh wait til August when the reality sinks in that they're running out against Preston North End." Not like we didn't run out against them in 2009. We survived. We came back up. We kicked the living fuck out of them, went on to finish in the top half a couple of times, 5th once, played in a Europa League quarter final, and during that time they've done...the sum total of absolutely fucking nothing. Reckon we'll do the same again, and so will they.
