Regardless of what anyone says there was more positives as a fan about supporting the team under the previous ownership, all I've had from Ashley is frustration and disappointment - one successful season in a league we should never have been part of in the first place only provided a slight distraction from where we should have been. Tiote for me, without him you can see a massive difference in the team, plus he's been the most consistant player. Barton came close and Carroll's done well too, Nolan's continued to be surprisingly reliable at this level, but any of those four have been doing well so far.

I don't know what to say about that, I enjoyed the game, it's a good result, I can't say I hold anything against Pardew either. What makes me sick is that Ashley and Llambias were there and were able to congratulate each other and celebrate something which they have no right to do so. I can't help but think that although I love the club it feels tainted by Ashley and his cronies, it's just not the same. Where do we go from here?
