  1. Ballotelli has talent but I don't think we'll ever regularly see it under any manager. It's not in his head to do things he needs to do ever really make the most of it. We'll see odd moments of brilliance, the odd mental moment but I think mostly we'll see a player looking pretty disinterested.
  2. Paddypower is easy to use. Not sure how competitive their odds are. Bet 365 seems to have more options like.
  3. It should have been obvious to everyone how much of an impact losing that rat would have on them. Before he came Gerrard had dragged them through so many times when he was playing with a load of average players. He's been on the wain for a few years now and much to my ammusment it appears it's tied in very nicely that Suarez has left and his legs have gone. They not can't rely on a signle player drag them towards the top. Sterling and Sturridge are clearly good players but they're no where near that level. They made a big mistake by using the Suarez money to bring in players in a variety of positions (the same mistake the cockney makems did with the Bale money). They needed to bring in one player as close to his level as they posibly could. It appears that Alexis was their first choice for that (and the way he's playing now it looks like he would have been a great choice) but if Balloteli was their second choice someone there needs sacking!
  4. Something has made Pardew change his idea's thankfully. Whatever it's been (desperation is my bet) I hope he keeps it up. Still hate the cunt like.
  5. Vuckic is no surprise, since his injuries he's just never looked up to the job when he's been given a chance. He has a good left foot but he always looks like he wants too long on the ball. Bigi is just baffling. He played a good few games his first season and showed some genuine potential especially when you consider he was playing in a team that was struggling. I can only assume that there has been something gone on behind the scenes to drop him so far back.
  6. Fantastic news. Hope everything continues to improve for him.
  7. He was shite against Spurs, good against citeh, the best of a bad bunch against Leicester and only played 20 minutes on Saturday. I dont think that makes him that much of a miss.
  8. Could be out for up to five months apparently. Similary injury to SDJ. I'm not going to say that I think he'll be a massive miss but you have to feel sorry for him when he's finally started to look like he can actually contribute.
  9. I bet that'll me a massive ratings boost for Sky.
  10. Certainly but a lot of the players he comes up against will have pace too. Anticipation is probably even more important.
  11. He needs to be on his toes more. Too often he's too much like his brother and he waits for something to happen rather than making it happen himself (like he did against the cockney makems). If he can be a bit more awake he'll have a much better chance of reaching Fish's hopes of him being as good as Shola
  12. Jesus christ. That's some impressive drugs he's on. Mind you, you need some pretty heavy duty stuff to stand being in that shit tip.
  13. He's never posted anything serious on here in years. Why would you think he was going to start now?
  14. Abeid's looked good these past two games against two of last seasons top four. I must admit that I'd written him off as he never seemed to do much at all in the few chances that he has had previously but obviously going to Greece on loan has been a really good move for him. I don't really think he was ever loaned out with the expectation that he would come back and be able to make a name for himself here though. For me it was an attempt to put him in the shop window to sell him. Those plans were obviously scuppered by the lack of money available in Greece so we've been left with him. Fair play to him for getting his head down and playing himself into contention though. He looks more suitable to play here than Anita does if I'm honest. But it's certainly no master stroke by Pardew any more than bringing Taylor, Obertan and Sammy back into the team has been. Had it not been for injuries there's a fair chance none of them would have played in the league this season.
  15. That's just sexist. If you're allowed to shout something you should be allowed to shout it a both sexes. Of course shouting nice tits to a bloke is a bit weird. Sniffing a birds hair in a bar is borderline Fritzel tbh.
  16. Anyone know when the dates for the cockey makems game is going to be confirmed? I'm looking to book train tickets as soon as.
  17. I can only assume they've done it for the reason it's more common than we think. That seemed fairly out in the open so if it were like that around the streets of newcastle I would imagine id have experienced it (as a bystander not as a recipient unfortunately).
  18. I suppose we need to hear from some chick to get her point of view. We'll have to wait until they're all finished the ironing of course. I suppose in quiet streets It would be quite intimidating but while walking through busy streets during the day I'm surprised that anyone would find it such (obviously excluding some nut job following you for ages). It's really pathetic to see that many blokes doing mind you. I've only really seen that sort of thing in the bigg market on a Friday night.
  19. Are you sure it wasn't Thick as fuck or soft as fuck?
  20. Aye the bloke walking next to her is very creepy and I think the "you should say thanks" does sound more than a bit threatening. But the good mornings and good evenings surely can't be classed as harrasment? The damn girls or whatever seem pretty innocuous too. The blokes doing it do seem pretty pathetic either way like.
