Too late, where do you think Parky lifts his patter from? Herbs from Holland are the only explanation for them. pffffft....herbs from holland indeed! highest rate of UFO sightings in N.A. occur in the bulkley valley just east of Prince Rupert (google it Stevie), it has to be the BC Green. Aye that world famous place. you mean you've never heard of it!??!....shocking.... i was tree planting there in the summer of 2002, a couple of the other planters engaged in a camp-romance came racing back into camp with their clothes in disarray, they had been fucking in the bushes until a massive UFO came and hovered about 100m away. I've told you before I couldn't name you 10 USA cities There's a place in Scotland near Castlemilk which is the most non discript place ever, which is a proper hot spot for them. Funny how they all go to one place. I've heard tales of ones the size of cities, although there's that many wanks putting fake pics up you wonder why they bother. Bullshit Denvar, Chicago, Miami, Las Angeles, New York, Dallas, Seatull, Atlantic City, Clearwater, San Francisco (knew that one cos the song), San Diego erm that's it. Saint Louis. Aye. So 12. how the fuck have you heard of clearwater? clearwater Fla? ....hehehe, retirement central. -

I full believe there is life on other planets. I don't, however, believe that if such a race developed sufficiently to permit travelling incomprehensible distances, they'd waste their time with bothering yokels. They'd either be so far advanced they would view from afar, or they'd make contact, or they'd simply do as they please. Also, given the vastness of space, the probability of bumping into each other is fairly minuscule. Then of course, who is to say what "life" is. Theoretically alien life may be so far removed from our preconceived concept that they may have visited countless times. exactly, i find it funny that almost every report of alien sightings have a fairly anthropmorphic description. i saw a nova as a kid where some scientists came up with what they thought the first "alien" we encountered would look like........it looked like a fucking tree, i remember thinking 'you guys are out to lunch', but the chances that aliens are like us is slim to none i would say. childhoods end for me is the quintissential sci-fi fiction on the subject. An unfortunate title, given the newspaper allegations made about Clarke. true dat....still a canny read though. -

given the complexity of the natural environment that exists on earth, which has sprung up with a limited set of basic building blocks and evolved into the myriad of interconnected systems that we puny humans still are just starting to grasp are a whole system, it seems unlikely to me that in the entire universe there would only be one planet with life on it. it is a fair point renton that we don't know for sure that there is life and the possibility that we are alone is a real one, given a long enough time line though , all the odds will hit. so i guess it's just a matter of whether or not our timeline and those of other planets with life cross paths...no? -
equaliser simon and simon cheers again 3 makes it hard to choose

from a some of the first vinyl i owned point of view, but as my tastes matured and changed there is no way i could choose just three.

You realise that most people don't read your posts at all because of the lack of punctuation. You might have something interesting to say, but it'll never be read be people presume you're incapable of stringing cogent thoughts together. Just by capitalising first words and the like you'd stop being a joke and start being taken seriously. I'm here to help. i think you're right about the punctuation, but the capitals? not so much, think of me as the e.e. cummings of TT...or rather tt

I'm really glad you had snow for your birthday but I also really hope it stays away from Newcastle for just a little bit longer. It's our works Christmas do in the middle of town tomorrow night and if it snows it'll be absolute carnage! yeah, but what does that have to do with snow.....

A sunny Bday in PR.....that is a rare one. Cloudiest place in Canada apparently, but beautiful as well the north coast of BC is a must see and the ferry from Port Hardy to Rupert is one of the best ways to see it. As long as we're sharing perfect days, i'll put my two cents in. I had won a day of heli-skiing at Mike Weigle's and used it on my 27th birthday, at the time I only had my learners licence so my aussie roommate had to be my licenced accomplice for the day. We left at 3 am to drive the 3hrs north to Blue River BC, it had been snowing all night and was, to use a ski-bum term, 'puking' down snow the whole way there. Needless to say my excitement was at a fevered pitch by the time we arrived because there appeared to be well over 2 ft of snow on the side of the road (the official MW snow report said 93 cm to be exact). I got to the front desk and told them i was there for a day of skiing and they asked what sort of skier i was i replied 'expert' and the woman told me ther were no expert groups scheduled for the day and my face must have fell because she said that there was a private group from austria that had one available seat. after a quick phone call i was in on the austrian heli for the day. it could not have had a better day of skiing, i have never skied in that much snow before or after that day, when we got back to the resort at 8 pm my other roomies had planned a surprise party which was going full bore by the time we got there, and i proceeded to get drunk while answering the constant question from everyone "you went heliskiing on your birthday? have you everyhad a better day?......no, no i hadn't. glad to hear you had 'perfeck' day TR....hope you have many more like it in the future. Excellent...you sound a right action man tooner! . ..i don't know about that, there's f%$# all else to do where i live though, so boredom is the mother of adventure for sure.
