  1. Yeah, but the majority of Willos passes are to Colo then Krul, and failing that a punt downstream to no one in particular.
  2. Sadly the unexpected point has not lifted us out of the bottom three. Sadly that unexpected point has more than likely extended Pardew's past due date.
  3. Unbelievable point. Fully expected to be hammered. Riviere is a dud, Perez should be given more playing time. Obertan was decent in the first half but fairly anonymous in the second. Sissoko was much quieter than usual. Willo out, Saylor in. Dummett out, Haidara in. Sammy looking better. Get in Cisse.
  4. It's time for Pardoo to start playing Saylor instead of Willo. Against Stoke, Willo was like Custer saying "Where are all these fucking Indians coming from", not having a clue.
  5. Alphabetically we should be back on the bottom having the same points and goal difference. B cdefghijklm N
  6. Happy days are NOT here again. If there was ever a game we should have won this was it.....especially in the first half when we dominated the play. Colo's feet never left the ground when Crouch scored over him. If Cisse had started it may have been a different story. Pardew has no clue. Sissoko worked his arse off but he gave away so many balls. Cabella is too lightweight, accomplishes little, and is not living up to his credentials. Gouffran was anonymous for most of his time on the pitch. Willo was rubbish, bring back Saylor. Tiote played his heart out and had a very good game. Colback played well too even though he missed a sitter that would have earned us a point. Dummett........still think Haidara should be starting. Credit to Obertan, put some dangerous crosses in. Janmaat was OK but he lacks pace which sometimes accounts for his fouls. Pardew got it wrong again, he has to go!!
  7. Riviere OFF....... he's a fucking passenger.
  8. I'm surprised CT does not have Cabella in his line-up. And more surprised he would start Obertan in stead of him. Now me, I would start with; I'm adventurous. Krul. Janmaat.....Saylor........Colo.....Haidara ............................Tiote. ........Sissoko.......Colback.........Cabella. ..................Cisse...........Riviere.
  9. I've said it before and I'll say it again.........Saylor is better than Willo. Willo always looks nervous when he has the ball and if he hadn't got Colo & Krull he'd be at a loss on who to pass to. Taylor had a decent game. Credit to Riviere, 2 goals albeit one a penalty, his fist one was earned. However he still misses good chances which he did tonight. Obertan was decent but kept trying too much so some of his moves were futile. Janmaat penalty was questionable. The red card was highly questionable.
  10. Interesting to see he played the whole game against West Brom. Something tells me the talk of him not being match fit was idle gossip, perhaps a cover up.
  11. Jesus fucking wept!! These nail biting games are not good for a doddery old geezer. We actually won with 10 men when I thought it was curtains when whatshesname got sent off. Actually I thought we were doomed when we allowed their second goal in stoppage time. Finally Riviere scores ..........2 for fucks sake.
  12. Substitutes are very important, but it's a question of knowing when, and who, to bring on. During Pardews tenure he hasn't shown much of a clue of the right time and the right player. His consistency in playing players out of position adds to his cluelessness.
  13. As always, it's heartbreaking not to win when you have dominated most of the play. Luuky here, it seems pretty obvious Riviere is not the striker of any merit. What chances he gets, he flubs. He's looking more like a dud every game and it's a question of how long Pardew will persist in starting him.(he should have taken him off at half-time and given Perez a longer run than a few minutes). Maybe Cisse's appearance will solve Pardew's problem. Tiote gave the best performance of anyone today. Cabella was a bit better but seemed to be put on his arse too often and easily. Why Dummett over Haidara, is Pardew so stupid. Must admit, two cracking goals from Hull.
  14. Mixed feelings about this one. Desperate for a win to get us off the cellar floor. In a way want us to lose hoping it will result in Pardew's sacking. Let's face it, if Krul, Janmaat, Colo, Haidara, Tiote, Colback, Cabella, Sissoko, and Gouffran each have a decent game we might just pull it off if we can get goals from somewhere or somebody. When you look at that potential team strength it's hard to reconcile where we're at unless you attach the blame on management of resources.
  15. Sir Bobby Robson sacked after 4 games. 2 draws - 2 losses. Alan Pardew .........?..........after 4 games. 2 draws - 2 losses.
  16. It's frightening to think that we are not hurting with multiple injuries. Only De Jong would have been a likely starter and perhaps Aarons. The holes in the Back 4 sieve are getting bigger and leaking more, 1, 3, and now 4. Strike force is like a sopping wet box of Swan Vesta matches. We're looking like a bunch of misfits with calibre status who need to be fine tuned and it won't happen with clueless Pardew.
  17. That was painful to watch, I'm getting too old for this kind of hurt. Can't anyone coaching see that Riviere is useless as a lone striker, maybe totally useless. Perez seems to have more ball control and ability than Riviere. Cabella is not living up to hype and accolades coming his way. WILLIAMSON has got to go. Saylor was never that bad. How many points from 4 games did Sir Bobby have when he was sacked? Pardew must be close.
  18. NEVER in my life have I seen such a fucking bad start to any game!
  19. With Pardew's long contract I can't see him being sacked unless Ashley installed a "Fire without big payoff clause" in the contract. Of course they may have made a gentleman's agreement that Pardew would leave quietly and Ashley wouldn't pay him. Mind you I don't think either one of them can be construed as a gentleman. Pardew's a head-butting smarmy barrow boy.
  20. With DeJong out, Colback & Tiote doubtful, Marveaux & BenArfa gone, Jonas nowhere to be found, Pardoo had better give some serious thought as to whom to loan out next. We are getting wafer thin already and only 3 games into the season.
  21. The sad part is, if Pardew gets the sack and a top-notch football manager is hired, he will still have to be an Ashley puppet if he wants to stay in the job. I can't see anyone lasting very long if he stands up against the Boss.
  22. Sadly I feel that BenArfa will perform well for Steve Bruce and Hull City, amplifying just how wrong Pardoo was in his professional way. It's as well BenArfa won't get the opportunity to play against us this season.
  23. Frankly, I have no idea where the 7 minutes stoppage time came from, perhaps that's just the Ref's lucky number. Riviere is not impressing me as striker, and if Pardoo keeps playing him as a lone striker I doubt he'll ever amount to much. I thought DeJong was pretty much anonymous and didn't stamp his mark on the game as I was expecting. Cabello overall was disappointing, a shadow of what we've seen, but he did do better in the second half, but not enough. Gouffran works really hard but accomplishes very little. Sissoko is like a yo-yo, up & down, good stuff - bad stuff. Haidara certainly better than Dumbit, has a lot to offer going forward. Colo had a very good game with one or two lapses. Aarons is exciting to watch and should start. I will not achieve some sort of inner peace until Pardoo vacates St. James' Couldn't care less about Ashley, he's not the one choosing the starting line-up, electing who plays where, or making substitutions.
  24. With the influx of new players I was really looking forward to this season, but now? Man City defeat was expected and we didn't look too bad. Draw against Villa was dismal. Draw against Palace was abysmal. Wilson scored alright but it doesn't say much for our strike-force. Not looking good.
