Physio said it needed looking at by a specialist. Went to see a specialist, needed surgery. But there was a 6 month wait. All this process took about 3 months from the initial accident. They once again could have easily paid private. But no. She basically was in that much pain she didn't sleep for almost a year. Fucking madness. Even my wife offered to pay for her, nope. Her sister offered to pay, nope.
