I can understand Wilshere going tbh so, for me, it was between Barkley and Townsend so Andros can feel hard done by IMO. He's the only proper winger in the squad and is good form. Barkley would be behind Wilshere, Alli and Rooney for me. Even deeper, Drinkwater is a league winner and was no slouch in that side. Basically, it's typical Hodgson selection policy which is "Who plays for the "big teams" The more I think about Rashford, the more ridiculous it is. IIRC, we were calling the last lot that went down a bunch of work-shy mercenaries and the likes of Nolan, Coloccini, Enrique and Butt were brilliant for us that season. Hopefully whoever does stay can have a similar turn around.

Same here tbh and I imagine their response will be claiming I'm just trying to save face but really, I've seen us win about 30 games in 3 seasons and I've been fully prepared for this ever since they let Pardew fart on well past his sell-by date. Not to mention giving Carver an actual six months of Premier League management and following it up with a bloke who had won about 2 games in 25. It's all been shit and the only thing stopping us (and Sunderland) going down for about 2 seasons is that there's only been 3 relegation spots
