I reckon he always looked at his worst next to Colo. I remember an inexplicably good centre half showing from him and Perch in one game. Perhaps that was the secret.

Same here. I set my stall out at University and I've never looked back since.

My tickets were for November but I'd rather he get on the mend. Triple heart bypass is nowt to fuck about with.

Aye, I'd agree that now is a good time to jump on before everything flies out early next year. As for this, it just reconfirmed my chronic lack of interest in first person shooters. Was hoping that one might grab me after having not played any for about 2 years but nowt. Now, The Talos Principle. That's a first person game I can get behind.

That's why I was hoping Coloccini would actually miss 3 games tbh.

I'd rather lose after having played well. At least in that case, you can point to dodgy refereeing and just a baffling lack of luck. With Pardew's games, you could always pick out a ton of flaws that he just refused to address, we just happen to have a total liability as club captain. Reminds me of the Arsenal game in that there was a lot of positives, despite getting beat. With Pardew's humpings, there was none of that.

Might buy one of those tops for my mate at work actually. He doesn't support us or Sunderland but it'll make me laugh

Sections of the internet will tell you that dressing up in lion costumes and fucking each other is excellent, doesn't mean it's not worthy of ridicule.

Aye, Stevie's right. You can almost pick me out in there, trying to dodge a load of mackem slavva from above. Unless another pic hasn't loaded on the mobile site

Think Siem De Jong is the answer in games where we need a bit of vision and creativity to break teams down. No idea where he plays though since dropping any of the front 4 would be harsh atm.

Aye, I know, just peaked my interest, mate. I'll have a look at Judith Butler on Amazon now.

I'll have a read of that at some point, cheers.

I'm genuinely interested in what you do have to say here. Think the growing awareness of Trans issues on places like Twitter is interesting as is the conscious effort towards equality in things like comics, movies, video games and reckon you'd have an interesting take on all of that. As for my take, it's something that I'm trying to take the time to acknowledge and understand on a level other than "Do as you please" I think the very concept of identity is something that varies wildly from person to person and think the idea that a man may feel themselves, truly, to be a woman in the wrong shell, so to speak, is a real one since the mind and brain is a weird old bastard. I should probably find some book recommendations somewhere.
