Haven't tried it properly, just from looking at the genre tags, it seemed lacking in there. I just love categorising music into sub-genres of genres because I'm a sad act. I'm getting one of those new Amazon Fire tablets soon so I'll give it a go. I'm enjoying Deezer a lot though; seems to have more choice than Spotify and the library has no limit. Agree that Spotify is getting left behind.

My mate uses the playlists as background music as he's setting up for gigs and the soul and RnB ones are canny. They're far too broad though; one is just "Alternative" is it punk, grunge, indie, rap, what? Though I'd probably go too specific and demand 70s Power Pop or Southern Rap stations
