For those who remember Hendon

They won’t forget what they’ve seen.

Destruction of sisters’ hymens
Whose average age was thirteen.

RTG are still bitter about the Euro 2028 stadiums picked and still conviced SOL should have been picked ahead of SJP

Frankel needs help if thinks SOL is better than SJP and Shitsville better than Newcastle for transport / hotels etc

Sunderland had as much chance of being a host city as hull, Stoke or any of the UK’s shithole towns.

their stadium isn’t bad, but it is in disrepair, needs updating and is in a terrible location. There must be at least a half dozen stadiums better suited - old Trafford, the emirates, Celtic park, anfield, the London stadium, Croke park, kenilworth road etc

It's funny how they often describe SJP as lopsided when the SoL also has a third tier that goes alongside the pitch then wraps around an end behind one of the goals, ours is just a bit bigger. And better. And has a far, far superior surrounding area near the stadium. It's almost as if they are hard of thinking?

Bigger stadium. Better city (not even a contest). Better location (both in terms of its being in the city centre and not being in Vladivostok-on-Wear). Better transport links (road, rail and air). More tourist accommodation. Further expansion and improvements to SJP actually in the pipeline, rather than just being discussed on RTG. Having the actual funds to take these plans forward. No swarms of flying crisp packets invading the pitch. I’m sure I’ve missed a few

Plus he’s lied about the distances. Wembley is less than 10 miles from central London and the tube from Paddington is about 20 mins instead of about half an hour from central Newcastle to the SoL. That’s without taking into account the former running much more frequently than the metro

Jinx.

Anyway, for your list you could have added that SJP is an historical European ground, having hosted several dozen club games there over the years, and set to do so again. Ask compared with the SoL with *checks notes* 0 (zero) matches.
